These Terms and Conditions govern purchases made through havencompass.com (“the Website”), operated by Haven Compass Limited, a company incorporated in Hong Kong. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR.

Our products are professionally modified graphics processing units and related hardware. Product specifications, memory configuration, cooling configuration, firmware, power requirements, connectors and other characteristics may differ from commercially sold NVIDIA-branded graphics cards.

Due to the specialized nature of our products, compatibility with a particular motherboard, operating system, driver, application, power supply, chassis, cooling system or other hardware is not guaranteed unless expressly stated on the applicable product page.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by overvoltage, improper power delivery, overheating, inadequate cooling, physical damage, liquid damage, modification by the customer, improper installation, unauthorized firmware changes, or use outside the published specifications.

Our products may incorporate hardware, firmware, cooling systems and other modifications that differ from the original manufacturer’s configuration. Such modifications may affect compatibility, power consumption, thermal characteristics, performance and software support.

Customers should review the complete product description and specifications before ordering.

We reserve the right to request additional information to verify an order or payment before dispatch. Orders may be cancelled and refunded if the information provided cannot be verified or if we reasonably believe the transaction presents a fraud or payment risk.

We do not guarantee that a product can be legally imported into a particular destination. Customers are responsible for complying with applicable laws governing the import, possession and use of products in their jurisdiction.

Orders are subject to applicable export-control, import-control, sanctions and other trade laws and regulations. We may decline, cancel or delay an order where shipment would violate applicable law or where required regulatory authorization cannot be obtained.
