The 170hx card uses an 8 pin EPS plug, this is the same plug (4+4 pin) commonly used to supply power to CPUs on consumer motherboards. This adapter cable is useful if you don’t have EPS power plugs but only have PCIe power plugs. This high quality adapter uses 14AWG wires and measures 15cm long end to end.
